This was a solid week for training, put in about 17 hours on the bike this week and feeling good. Tomorrow is suppose to bring a temperature of 17 and sunny sky's so I'm looking forward to a good ride. Other than riding I got to go to a Nashville Predators and Vancouver Canucks game. The fans are not nearly as intense as Canadians it was a very quiet crowd. Tickets were cheap $19 for what would probably be $75 tickets in Toronto. The game went to a shoot out so it was well worth it and Nashville is a nice city.
